SGN Rank Structure

Recruit -Rct.
This is the beginning of the initiation process after they have agreed to join. This rank is where he/she is provided knowledge of SGN and it's meaning. Here, they are explained the CoC, the branch of divisions, and our SGN Online Forums. They will be taught values, respect and the core skills needed to be apart of our great community. The recruit will not remain one long, however.

Private -Pvt.
This is the rank of an official member. In order to achieve this rank, a private MUST be registered on our Online Forums and MUST have agreed to the SGN CoC and the Xbox Live Disclaimer. They are highly encouraged to participate in squad activities and to begin studying the SGN Rank Structure. Participation, activity on the forums, and referring a friend to SGN may result in promotion of rank.

Lance Corporal -LCpl.
This rank is given to those Privates whom of which have proven loyalty and have been active in squad meetings/activities. They clearly follow the SGN CoC and understand and abide by the guidelines of SGN both on our forums and Online. to achieve this rank, correct online Xbox Live profile information is required.

Sergeant -Sgt.
This rank is given to those Lance Corporals whom of which have shown exceptional participation is squad activities. They are encouraged to have referred a friend who has now enlisted, or owns an active account on the Online Forums. They are required to have been an active member of SGN for a minimum of two weeks. They are encouraged to study the Rank Structure up through Squad Leader.

Staff Sergeant -SSgt.
This rank is given to those Sergeants whom of which have had at least four weeks of active SGN experience. They must know the ranking structure up through Squad Leader and practice exceptional leadership. Any rank lower answers to this position.

Master Sergeant -MSgt.
This rank is given to those Staff Sergeants whom of which have been eligible for promotion after six weeks of SGN experience. They MUST be active on the SGN Forums and have demonstrated mastery in all Sergeant positions. At this rank, they begin their training in recruit techniques.

Lieutenant -Lt.
This rank has been given to those Master Sergeants whom of which have been eligible for promotion after eight weeks of SGN experience. This is the lowest position of the Squad Leader's Advisers. They MUST have demonstrated mastery on recruitment techniques. The approval of a Division Leader is required to be promoted as an adviser. They answer directly to the Squad Leader.

Major -Maj.
This rank has been given to those Lieutenants whom of which have had a minimum of twelve weeks of SGN experience. This is the second highest rank in the Squad Leader's Advisers. They must have demonstrated mastery on the Lieutenant rank and have recruited a minimum of three members. The approval of a Division Leader is required to be promoted as an adviser. They answer directly to the Squad Leader.

Colonel -Col.
This position has been given to those Majors whom of which have served sixteen or more weeks in SGN. This is the highest level of the Squad Leader's Advisers. They MUST have recruited a minimum of five members into SGN. The approval of a Division Leader is required to be promoted as an adviser. They answer directly to the Squad Leader.

Squad Leader -SLdr.
This position has been given to those Colonels whom of which have served a minimum of twenty weeks in SGN and must demonstrate mastery of all three adviser positions. This is the highest ranking position in a squad in SGN. They are the owners of the squad they are positioned in and are responsible for the organization of that squad. They report directly to their Division Leader. The approval of a Division Leader is required to be promoted as an adviser.

Division Leader -DLdr.
This rank is given to a selected Squad Leader of the Division who has proven outstanding leadership skills and has had twenty-four or more weeks experience in SGN. They are required to have the ENTIRE Rank Structure memorized and must cooperate with Officers when their Squads/Divisions are being evaluated. They must be able to maintain order and organization in a Division and show patience and understanding during any unexpected issues. This promotion can be referred by a Director, but requires the Councils approval. This rank is a great honor.

Director -Dctr
This position is given to a selected Division Leader that has proven themselves capable of running SGN. This promotion is given by Council Members only. They deal with any and all matters brought to them within the Division(s) of which are assigned to them. It is their responsibility to maintain order and organization within this/these Division(s). At anytime are they able to evaluate a Squad in their Division of which they maintain and report any findings to an Officer for further evaluation. They must always make decisions for the good of the Sigma Gaming Nexus as many Members and Leaders should.

Moderators
This is not an official rank. However, those with Moderator privledges moderate our Online Forums. They have the ability to edit any topic or post that consists of any foul or offensive conduct. They can and will report any reoccurring issues involving the Forums and actions among the Council may be taken.

**Officers
This rank is unable to be reached. These few are hand selected to be a vital part of the SGN Force. They are to evaluate the Squad/Division they are assigned to them at random by the Chief Officer. They report directly to The Council. They have the authority to hand our warnings and referrals. Any rank lower answers to them.

Chief Officer -CO
This rank is unable to be reached. He/She is hand selected as a member of The Council. They handle all subject matters in the Officers Department. He/She has hand picked his/her Officers to succeed him. He/She will assign Squads/Divisions at random once a week to Officers for evaluation.

Council
This rank is unable to be reached. These members consist of the Administrators, The Chief Officer, The Webmaster, as well as other various Council members. The Administrators decide who becomes a Council Member. The Council makes all of the final decisions in SGN based on unanimous vote and run the the SGN Court System of Appeal. There is always and odd number of Council Members.

Administrators
The founders of The Sigma Gaming Nexus. Admins consist of One Sin and Crayola SMASH. We have an open-door policy for any comments, questions, or concerns about this great community and are always here. We believe that every member has a voice in the SGN.
